Return AND Cancellation Policy
In case the item is damaged in transit, please Email us @ email@example.com or whatsapp us with an opening videos (we do not accept without opening video) and also the full pictures what you received with packing. If it is considerable, We will give you a complete refund or Customers can select the same item if it is available in stock or can choose any other item of at least equal value of the original item and We will process your refund once we get the item back. Email us your account details (Modes of refund are zelle/cashapp/venmo) and allow us 24 hours to process the refund. You will have to return the package on your own.

Note: Our premium artificial jewelry are mostly handmade so, there might be small human errors which shall not be eligible for return or exchange
We take all photos in house in a clear light with premium lenses. Having said that there might be slight changes in color as it depends on monitor or phone screen resolution and color settings. We don’t take return if you feel there is color differences
If earrings stem is bent. We sometime purposefully bend the stem in order to avoid damage, which can be easily straightened up with out any tools
If stones are fallen because of transit. This can be fixed with glue
If rings are detached and beads are fallen it can be fixed easily
If connecting rings are opened during transit, which can be fixed
If you feel product is large for you or if you are not satisfied with product
If bangle size you ordered doesn’t fit
